His Feminine Side

I was personally interested in the menswear shows during fashion week. Spring/Summer 2016 has a lot in store for men and even touches upon bringing the feminine side of menswear. The trends, that I simply LOVE are below for you to scroll through!!

TREND 1 - Lace, See-through shirts

S/S 2016 is the season of the feminine man. Embracing the frilly side of fashion, dons lace ensembles and sheer fabrics for the upcoming season. Designer brands such as Burberry Prorsum, Gucci and Moschino showed examples of this lingering trend on their runway shows.

TREND 2 - Retro Silhouettes

Bringing back the bowler shirts and the tapering trousers, the spring season reveals the classic men's style with designer brands such as Lanvin, Louis Vuitton and Raf Simons.

TREND 3 - Botanical Prints

Spring 2016 screams color and print and what better way to launch spring by using vibrant imagery of vines and fruits. Bringing the metaphorical essence of spring bloom, designers offer menswear with such prints and are seen to be somewhat of trend that more than a few designers were seen to showcase during their shows. Dolce & Gabbana, Yves St. Laurent and Hermes seems to some of those eminent designers.
